Amber is a family heirloom piece to be passed down the generations. A truly special gown which has been hand smocked and embroidered with bullion roses and pearls. A 90cm gown , made from antique 100% white silk dupion, lined with a soft cotton batiste and adorned with beautiful French cotton insertion lace. The bodice and bonnet of Amber have been hand smocked, their is French insertion lace in the sleeves, down the sides of the body of the gown and across the hem. Pintucking is also another beautiful feature of this gown, in the sleeves and acroos the base of the gown. A special gown for a special girl for a very special day.
